What do you do?
Dialogue 1
A：王洋，你现在在哪儿上班呢？
Wáng Yáng, nǐ xiànzài zài nǎr shàng bān ne?
Wang Yang, where do you work now?
B：我没上班，最近在家休息呢。
Wǒ méi shàng bān, zuìjìn zài jiā xiūxi ne.
I’m unemployed, and I’m taking a break at the moment.
A：怎么了？
Zěnme le?
What happened?
B：前两天刚辞职，打算换个新工作。
Qián liǎng tiān gāng cízhí, dǎsuàn huàn ge xīn gōngzuò.
I just quit my job a few days ago, and I’m between jobs.

Hello, Auntie Wang.
B：哟，婷婷啊，你现在在哪儿工作呢？好长时间没看见你了！
Yō, Tíngting a, nǐ xiànzài zài nǎr gōngzuò ne? Hǎo cháng shíjiān méi kànjiàn nǐ le!
Hi, Tingting, where do you work now? It’s been a long time since I saw you.
A：我在学校当老师呢。
Wǒ zài xuéxiào dāng lǎoshī ne.
I teach at a school.
